How to Put an iPad in a Recovery Mode
If you want to put your Apple and iPad devices into a recovery mode to restore data while using the computer.
You need to use the recovery mode and restore the devices in the following situation.
iPad Stuck in a Recovery Mode
Sometimes, your computer does not recognize the devices or recovery mode, and the iPad struck in a recovery mode.
If your screen is stuck in the apple logo for several minutes and there is no progress. You cannot see the recovery mode screen.
Put your device again in a recovery mode and set it again:
Need to make sure your MAC device is up to date while using iTunes and using the latest iTunes version.
You can keep the devices connected until the recovery mode screen appears.
iPad Models without Home Button:
Those iPad models do not come with the Home button,
press, and quickly release the volume up button.
You can press and hold the Top button until your device begins to restart.
You can continually have maximum control until your device goes into recovery mode.
iPad with Home Button:
iPod touch ( 6th generation), iPhone 6S, and earlier version, press and hold the home, top or side buttons at the same time. You can keep holding them until you see the recovery-mode screen.
Locate your device on the computer: When you see the option Restore or update, you can choose to update, and your computer will try to reinstall the software without erasing the data. You can wait on the computer to download the software on the device. If the download takes more than 15 minutes, and your device is still recovery mode, let the download finish and go to Step 3.
After doing the update and restore process, I finished the process to set up the device.
iPhone 8 or later Version:
Press and quickly release the volume up button,
press and release the quickly down button.
You can press and hold the side button until you see the recovery mode screen
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus and iPod touch ( 7th generation):
Press and hold the side or volume down button simultaneously until you see the recovery-mode screen.
